1. Control System
There are two operation modes: manual and automatic. It has the function of manual and automatic switching: in the manual state, it can operate a single machine for maintenance; in the automatic state, it can operate the whole line for production and start in sequence; the whole line is equipped with an emergency stop button, which is easy to handle emergency accidents and ensure the safety of equipment and operators.The manual operation panel is set beside the machine for the convenience of workers.

5. Roll Forming Struction
Function and structure: the plate is gradually rolled into the finished support after 20 passes of roller. It is composed of variable frequency motor, reducer and roller group.
The bed adopts welding structure and stress relief treatment.The roller is of combined structure, with small speed difference and forming resistance, and small wear on the steel plate surface.
The roller process design adopts imported software, computer design, and FEA analysis to ensure the shape accuracy of the workpiece without scratching the plate.
The roller is forged by Cr12 and processed by numerical control after overall quenching. The hardness can reach HRC58-62. It has the characteristics of high strength, high hardness, high precision and service life.
